If you are not happy with your purchase, simply return it to us for your choice of a refund, replacement, or exchange. All exchanges/returns must have the original tags attached. Items, worn, washed, or exceed the 7-day time period (7 days from the receipt of shipment) may NOT be returned, refunded or exchanged.
On receiving the merchandise, please examine the colors, style and size first without tearing the tags or wearing the product.
In order to process your return, you must make sure the item is shipped back to us within 7 days of the receipt of merchandise. Any returns sent to us after the 7 day period will not be processed.

Step 1 - Let us know that you want to return the item
Simply e-mail us at
customercare@shopimagine.in with subject line "Return Item". Please include the reason for your return. Our customer care expert will follow up with the instructions on how to return the item.
Step 2 -
Ship the item to us
Use the original (or similar) box to pack the item. Use the shipping address provided to you by the customer care expert.
Step 3 -
Processing
Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days.
